Scope of application, customer information<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between CORKANA and persons (customers).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing a binding order. By placing a binding order for our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions and our privacy policy and declare that you are authorized to enter into legally binding contracts and are at least 18 years of age. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conclusion of a purchase agreement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely a non-binding online catalog. CORKANA expressly reserves the right to change the products themselves as well as the content, e.g. images, range, prices and descriptions of our products, at any time and without prior notice. Illustrations, pictures, brochures, advertising and other information in connection with our products are for information purposes only and are not binding for CORKANA. The customer can place a binding order for the products selected by him via our online store. The customer can place the products he selects in the “shopping cart”. This does not yet constitute a binding order. An order is only considered binding when the customer clicks on the button [“order subject to payment”] on the order page at the end of the order process. Before submitting the order, the customer can change and view the details at any time, recognize any input errors and correct them if necessary before the binding final submission of the order. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer immediately and automatically by e-mail. This confirmation e-mail contains the data of your order and our General Terms and Conditions accepted by you during the ordering process. The confirmation e-mail only serves as information that we have received your order. The automatic order confirmation does not constitute a purchase contract. By sending the order, you confirm that you have read the GTC and agree to them without reservation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After you have placed a binding order, CORKANA is free, at its own discretion, either to accept the order or to reject it by sending a corresponding notification by e-mail and without assuming any liability towards you or third parties. Any payment already made will be refunded if the order is canceled. Reasons for rejecting an order may include, for example, if a product is no longer available, if we are unable to obtain authorization for the customer’s payment or if there is reason to believe that the customer is acting in breach of these GTC, individual contracts, fraudulent or other criminal activity or for any other important reason. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon acceptance of the order, a binding purchase contract is concluded with the customer. This acceptance takes place through the shipment of the ordered products. Any commercial distribution or resale of our products is strictly prohibited. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Availability and reservation of performance for non-deliverable products <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All information about the availability, shipping and delivery of a product is preliminary and approximate. They do not constitute binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates. Liability for unavailable products or for delays in shipment or delivery is expressly excluded. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our products are available as long as our stocks last. If CORKANA discovers during the processing of your order that the products you have ordered are not available, we will inform you immediately. In this case, a contract for the unavailable products will not be concluded, as the ordered products cannot be delivered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, we reserve the right to limit the number of items that can be purchased by a customer. In this case, we will inform the customer accordingly by e-mail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Retention of title<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

CORKANA remains the owner of the delivered products until they have been paid in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Right of return<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

There is no right of return on personalized products made to order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Defects<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

CORKANA warrants that the goods correspond to the warranted characteristics and have no defects that impair their value or their suitability for the intended use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upon receipt of the products, the customer must check them immediately for correctness, completeness and any damage. CORKANA must be notified of defects or damage within 2 working days. Defects that could not be discovered during a proper inspection and only appear later must be reported in writing immediately after their discovery. If you do not inspect the defect or report it immediately, the goods shall be deemed approved and you shall no longer be entitled to assert claims against us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The defective product must be returned to the above address with a copy of the invoice and a detailed description of the defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Complaints and grievances<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Customer satisfaction is most important to us. You can reach us at any time using the contact information provided at the beginning. We will endeavor to review your requests and complaints as quickly as possible and get back to you. If you have a claim or complaint, please help us by telling us the exact problem or error signs and, if necessary, provide a copy of the order documentation or at least the order number, customer number, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data protection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

CORKANA undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Liechtenstein Data Protection Act and the relevant legal norms when collecting, processing and using personal data. Customer data will only be used to process the online purchase, unless the customer expressly wishes to be provided with further information by CORKANA. Customer data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is absolutely necessary for the proper provision of services (order processing). The customer agrees to this use of his data. In addition to the explicitly entered data, information is also automatically collected from the log files. No conclusions are drawn about the customer from this. This information is used exclusively to compile anonymized statistics on the use of the online services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The information, images and content published on the website are protected by copyright and are the property of CORKANA or the respective rights holder. Reproduction, editing, distribution or any other form of utilization requires the prior written consent of the respective rights holder. CORKANA and the respective rights holder expressly reserve all rights in this regard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

General provisions, severability clause<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the internet publication of CORKANA. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact. Liechtenstein law shall apply exclusively. The sole jurisdiction of the District Court of Vaduz is agreed. CORKANA reserves the right to amend the GTC at any time. The currently valid version shall be published on www.corkana.com and shall apply from the time of publication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
