Terms of delivery and dispatch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1.1 The delivery of goods<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Unless otherwise agreed, the goods shall be shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer. The delivery address specified in the seller’s order processing is decisive for the processing of the transaction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.2 If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

If the delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result. This does not apply with regard to the costs for the return shipment if the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal. If the customer effectively exercises his right of withdrawal, the provision in the seller’s withdrawal policy shall apply to the return costs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.3 Standard shipping:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Your delivery service: Post AG, Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Non-binding delivery time: from dispatch approx. 2-4 working days. We will ship your order within 1-3 working days after receipt of payment and the subsequent delivery time of the postal service is usually 2-4 working days. However, due to seasonal fluctuations in parcel volumes and the limited capacity of the delivery companies’ distribution centers, there may be delays in shipments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.4 Shipping countries:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We currently only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other countries will be added later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.5 Right of return:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Is within 14 days if the product is not liked or has defects. The product must be in perfect and unworn condition. The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
